Prof. Bhim Singh regretted that the Home Minister of India has adopted National Conference policy to exploit the innocent Kashmiries in the name of return and rehabilitation of the boys who have gone to Pakistan for armed training. The Panthers Party Supremo said that if the Home Minister and Chief Minister of J&K are sincere, let them grant amnesty to the boys suffering in J&K in jails. Let them rehabilitate those who surrendered 10 years back and have been rotting in the streets.
