| Modi Government rectified all wrongs in J&K : Sat | |
Jammu August 05 (Scoop News)- The programs on the completion of 2 years of abrogation of Article 370 were held in all 13 Wards of Janipur Mandal of District Jammu West. Former Minister and Ex MLA Jammu West Sat Sharma (CA) participated and unfurled the National flag in the programs along with District President Munish Khajuria, Prabhari and Seh Prabhari Rekha Mahajan and Shailja Gupta. The programs were held under the leadership of Mandal President Raveesh Megi which was also attended by District General Secretary Karan Sharma. State Leaders, District Leaders, Corporators and Mandal leaders were also present in various programs held in all wards of the Mandal which were also organized by the respective leaders.
Speaking on the occasion, Sat Sharma said that the day will be remembered in the history of the country as on this day the shackles which tightened the rights of Jammu and Kashmir people for decades were removed by PM Narendra Modi. HE said when the rest of the country and the citizens were enjoying every Constitutional right, it was only Jammu and Kashmir where human rights were exploited in such a way. The family centric politics for decades in J&K led to the destruction of J&K. He said the exodus of Kashmiri Pandits from the valley is another instance. Such leaders from the valley who now talk about the rehabilitation of Pandits did not even think about stopping them from leaving the valley in the first place. He stated that the only organizations Jana Sangh, BJP and Vichar Parivar that worked right from the beginning for the abrogation of 370 and 35 A only wanted that J&K must unite with the Indian mainstream and decade’s long torture on the people must be ended. The great Dr Shyama Prasad Mookerjee was the resident of Bengal who was a Cabinet Minister in Nehru Government and resigned from his post as he thought what Central Government at that time was doing with J&K was against the Constitution of country and sacrificed his life so that people of J&K should get their rights.
Munish Khajuria said that the incidents related to terrorism are now declined to a major extent. The Central Government has approved a big amount of packages for the UT for its overall development. He said Every person has now Domicile and voting rights, every youth can apply for Government jobs, industries are being set up to cope up with unemployment and there are many other things which have changed the scenario of development in Jammu and Kashmir. Both Jammu and Kashmir are now enjoying equitable development.
Raveesh said that it’s the time to spread the word amongst all sections in J&K that it was never a fight of Jammu Vs Kashmir or Hindu vs Muslims. It has always been the fight against the propaganda set by Pakistan and China to straighten their own agenda in India and to create disharmony amongst people of this pure land.
