| Promotions, transfers in Law Deptt | | Jammu, March 7 (Scoop News) -The government has ordered promotions of following officers in OPG in Law Department and adjustments.
These are Deputy Legal Remembrancers Muzaffar Ahmad Wani and Mr Achal Sethi are promoted as Additional Secretaries and adjusted in the Department of Law, Justice and parliamentary affairs against the available posts.
Deputy Legal Remembrancer Abdul Rashid Fayaz promoted as Additional Secretary and is posted in the Forest Department, Jang Bhadur promoted as Additional Secretary and is posted as Joint Registrar, State Information Commission, J&K Jammu, while as Ms. Tanveen Mufti as Additional Secretary/ Director Litigation is posted as Director Litigation Kashmir against an available post.
The Government has ordered promotion and adjustment of Assistant Legal Remembrancers as Deputy Legal Remembrancers. These officers are Ishtiyaq Ahmad, Showket Ahmad Mir, Smt. Villy Koul, Baldev Raj (SC) and Sajad Amin Shah.
Besides, the government has ordered promotions of following Public Law Officers (PLOs) and Legal Assistants as Senior Law Officers (SLOs) and Public Law Officers respectively.
The PLOs promoted as SLOs are Abdul Rashid Dar, Molvi Mushtaq, Smt. Sudesh Kumari, Mtr. Shakeel Kachroo, P. L. Sharma, Rohani Kiran, Queshi Tariq Mehmood, Mohammad Arif Khan, Manoj Kumar Pandita, Ayaz Ahmed Khan and Mtr. Yasmen Chodhary (ST).
Similarly, Legal Assistants promoted as PLOs are Riyaz Ahmad Riyza, Mtr. Mahjabeen, Hamidullah Bhat, Pardeep Singh Thakur and Smt. Vibhati Sharma.
