Sub:- Hurriyat (G) Seminar on June, 11 should enlarge & Modify its agenda.
Ref: (i)- Hurriyat (G) should be pragmatic for the sake of future generation of J&K
(ii)- Rajasthan has been worshiping and eulogizing the ideals of
Maharana Pratap but practiced Mansabdari & Suzerainty for ~ 350 years
(iii)- The day guns of Separatist-Kashmiris or fundamentalist-Islamist or Pakistan become more powerful than guns of India - then Hurriyat
(G) & ors. can always try for Azadi, self-determination etc.
(iv)- About their associates / supporters in Pakistan, Hurriyat (G)
need not worry - because last word on India’s partition is yet to be
written and full Islamization of India and its reversal is yet to
reach its logical end.
(v)- At June, 11 seminar - Hurriyat (G) should seriously think of
converting all its constituents into HRNGO for solving Kashmir problem
by rectifying martial deficiency of Indian State.
(vi)- This Hurriyat (G)-converted-HRNGO can fight for justice against
Task Force Officials involved in brutal killing of innocent people
through fast track courts and intervention of JKHRC & NHRC under
section 12 (b) of PHRA.
(vii)- This Hurriyat (G)-converted-HRNGO can proceed generally on the
lines of my published letter (of May, 26) after my visit to Kashmir
(viii)- Hurriyat (G)-converted-HRNGO leaders should also try to become
tallest secular leaders of India
(ix)- Hurriyat (G)-converted- HRNGO can ask other such J&KNGOs also
to join them who believe in territorial integrity of India.
Dear Sir
Media on June, 6 has reported that – “[Hurriyat Conference led by
Syed Ali Geelani would organize a seminar on Tuesday, June 11, 2013.
The dignitaries, media persons, prominent political leaders and
intellectuals (hopefully from all over India) are expected to attend
and address seminar. This decision was taken in a meeting presided by
Syed Ali Geelani of all the constituents including Muslim Conference,
Peoples Leauge, Tehreek e Wahdat E Islami, Muslim Khawateen Markaz,
Democratic Political Movement, Peoples Freedom Leauge, Mass Movement,
Muslim League, Employees Movement and Tehreek E Hurriyat. As per this
media report in this June, 11 meeting Hurriyat (G) will discus the
issues of getting justice to victims and against Task Force Officials
involved in brutal killing of innocent people and for repeal of AFSPA
and for immediate release of some Kashmiris who allegedly are in jail
illegally and unfairly]”.
In this regard, I submit the following for the consideration of
Hurriyat (G) and all its constituents:-
(1)- First and foremost Hurriyat (G) should be pragmatic for the sake
of future generation of J&K. In my native state of Rajasthan we have
been worshiping & eulogizing the ideals of Maharana Pratap that one
should not live under rule of outsiders but entire Rajasthan practiced
Mansabdari under Mughal rulers & Suzerainty under sovereignty of
British crown for ~ 350 years up to 1947.
(2)- Therefore he day guns of Separatist-Kashmiris or Pakistan becomes
more powerful than guns of India then Hurriyat (G) & ors. can always
try for Azadi, self-determination etc.
(3)- Even fundamentalist-Islamist (who have inculcated a notion in
the minds of some of Kashmiris, as I could witness during my recent
visit to Kashmir, that Muslims should not live under rule of other
religionists) which fought for ‘Azadi’ of Kashmir especially after
1989 (when they became free from Afghanistan after end of cold war and
which resulted in forced exodus of Lakhs of Kashmiri Pundits from
valley and has, as per media reports, increased the numbers of killed,
to ~ one Lakh for Kashmir solution) should also learn this lesson.
Because ancestors of ~ 650 million Muslims in Indian subcontinent
(present day India, Pakistan and Bangladesh) did not come from Arab
(Mecca – Medina etc) but most of them were forcefully converted under
the sword of Islam, Therefore once guns of fundamentalist-Islamists
become more powerful than guns of India then they can again try to
establish Islamic State in J&K or even can convert remaining 1,000
Hindus to Islam.
(4)- Also about their associates / supporters in Pakistan, the
Hurriyat (G) & its associates need not worry - because last word on
India’s partition is yet to be written and full Islamization of India
(like of Iran, Turkey, Egypt, North-Africa etc) and its reversal by
Hindus (which was stopped by intervention of Britishers since eighteen
century) is yet to reach its logical conclusion.
(5)- Therefore presently all the people of J&K (especially separatists
of all hues) should be pragmatic and should realize that guns of India
are overwhelmingly powerful hence like said pragmatism of ~ 350 years
of Rajasthan, they (especially for the better future of the young
generation of J&K) should reconcile to the territorial integrity of
India and should do as given below.
(6)- At June, 11 seminar Hurriyat (G) should seriously think of
converting itself and all its constituents into HRNGO for solving
Kashmir problem by rectifying three major martial deficiency of Indian
State (in J&K, N-E and Naxal infested areas) and should carry out the
following eight activities first in J&K as has been mentioned in my
published letter of May, 26 too available at

were meant for JKYDF but they have dissociated from these for some
reason)
(i)- Getting writ petition filed in J&K High Court at Srinagar in
coming week (ii)- Arranging Press Conference in Srinagar immediately
after filing said Writ petition (iii)- Mobilizing 1,500 to 2,000
persons before J&K High Court on the day of admission-arguments in
support of writ petition (iv)- Filing supplementary petition in High
Court to restrain GOI from talking about Kashmir with Pakistan and /
or with any separatist (except talk about retrieve of POK, also in
interest of rehabilitating in POK the Lakhs of refugees from POK )
(v)- Arranging said public meeting at Ganderbal on June 17, 2013 on
the occasion of ‘Kheer Bhavai Fair’ for rehabilitation of DKP in time
bound program of one year (vi)- Launching website and membership drive
from all over India, also to get protector-companions for DKP during
their rehabilitation (vii)- Arranging an Advocate for SPO to file the
said petition in J&K High Court (viii)- Opening manned office of
Hurriyat (G)-converted-HRNGO for redress of human rights related
problems of people of J&K
(7)- The said writ petition (PIL) can be filed in coming week in which
following prayers will be there in view of two principal pleadings
that – “[(A)- Military is showing ‘bravery’ on Indian citizens in J&K
(even through Armed Forces Special Power Act, AFSPA) but has no
courage to take POK militarily, though Pakistan 1/6 th of India’s size
tried so many times (in 1947, 1948, 1965, 1971, during Kargil and
through on-going proxy war) to snatch J&K forcefully from India and
(B)- This along with unchecked infiltration of terrorists from
Pakistan have resulted in militancy / terrorism in J&K]”:-
(i)- Government of India (GOI) should be asked by Court that (A)- why
during these 65 years POK was not retrieved militarily (B)- how much
more time will be taken before discharging mandatory duty of
retrieving POK (C)- when military and para – military forces shall be
removed from civilian areas of J&K (D)- when AFSPA shall be repealed
in J&K
(ii)- J&K Government (which is sharing the burden of deployment of
armed forces in J&K) should be asked by Court that when will it move
Union Government (A)- To take POK militarily (B)- To remove military
and para – military forces from civilian areas of J&K and (C)- To
repeal AFSPA in J&K.
(8)- This Hurriyat (G)-converted- HRNGO can fight for justice against
Task Force Officials involved in brutal killing of innocent people
through fast track courts [to be demanded by Hurriyat (G)-converted-
HRNGO] and through to be sought intervention of JKHRC & NHRC under
section 12 (b) of The Protection of Human Rights Act in these court
proceedings.
(9)- This Hurriyat (G)-converted- HRNGO leaders should also try to
become tallest secular leaders of India by not only solving said three
major martial deficiencies of Indian State (which will benefit Hindus
too in big way) but also by getting justice to Indian Muslims
(regarding reservation, Babri – Masjid demolition and Gujarat 2002
massacre) which has been denied to Indian Muslims though this justice
can easily be got by filing proper court cases (as has been mentioned
in my various published letters also available at

Hence this Hurriyat (G)-converted- HRNGO should file these proper
court cases too.
(10)- After JKYDF dissociated from me as per their letter May, 28 - I
contacted ~ 500 NGOs in J&K to take up these programs and activities
which I mentioned in my said published letter of May, 26 with the
result two NGOs have shown their willingness to do so. Therefore
Hurriyat (G)-converted- HRNGO can ask these and other such NGOs also
to join this Hurriyat (G)-converted- HRNGO in the interest of
rectifying the three major martial deficiencies of Indian States in
general and for solving Kashmir problem in particular.
