| ‘May 16 will be dry day’ | | Jammu, April 16, (Scoop News)- As per the order of Excise Commissioner, Jammu and Kashmir certain liquor shops in districts of Samba , Reasi, and Udhampur have been ordered to observe dry day on the day of counting of votes for general elections (2014) – the May 16.
“In view of counting of votes on May 16, 2014 of General Election to Lok Sabha 2014,Saki Wine shop, Ghagwal of District Samba, Nand Kishore Wine Shop, Rajpura of District Samba,Sun & Sand Bar & Restaurant Ghagwal of Samba District, Surinder Wine shop Manthal District Udhampur, Sansar Chand Wine Shop Majalta of District Udhampur, Kamla Devi Wine Shop Pouni District Reasi, Harbhajan Wine Shop Bharakh District Reasi and Rossi Wine Shop, Bhambla of District Reasi shall also observe the day as dry day”, the order issued by Excise Commissioner, J&K Government directs.
