1 dies, 22 injured in road mishaps | Lady ends life in Ganderbal | Srinagar, July 26 (Scoop News) -One person died while twenty two others were injured in different road accidents across the valley.
A Bus bearing registration number JK03B/2928 driven by Farooq Ahmed Bhat son of Ghulam Nabi Bhat hit a pedestrian Abdul Rashid Bhat son of Mohammad Shaban Bhat resident of Bangwar, Baramulla near K.B.Pora resulting in his on spot death. Baramulla police has registered a case in this regard.
Meanwhile, a Tata Sumo bearing registration number JK01L/1289 and Maruti Car 800 bearing registration number JK01G/ 3789 met with an accident at Malik Aangan, in the jurisdiction of police post Ban Mohallah, Srinagar, resulting in injuries to three persons and partial damage to both the vehicles. All the injured were shifted to hospital for treatment. Srinagar police has registered a case in this regard.
In another accident, a Bus bearing registration number JK02E/8421 collided with a Truck bearing registration number JK13B/6875 at Mirgund Chowk, in the jurisdiction of police station Pattan, resulting in injuries to 16 passengers. All the injured were shifted to hospital for treatment. Pattan police has registered a case in this regard.
In another accident, a Maruti Car bearing registration number JK09/0394 met with an accident at Ganapora NHW, in the jurisdiction of police station Kralgund, Handwara, resulting in injuries to car driver Zahoor Ahmed Bhat resident of Gund Kharoo his wife Mehmooda and daughter Rabiya. All the injured have been shifted to hospital for treatment. Kralgund police has registered a case in this regard.
Lady ends life in Ganderbal A lady ended her life by consuming poison at Chittergul in Ganderbal District last evening. A lady (name withheld) resident of Bimdar-Chittergul consumed some poisonous substance at her home, in the jurisdiction of police station Kangan, Ganderbal. She was shifted to SKIMS Hospital where she breathed her last. The body of deceased lady was handed over to her relatives for last rites. Kangan police ahs registered a case in this regard. ... |
