| Hideout busted in Suikot of Ramban district | |
Jammu, August 20, (Scoop News)- Based on specific intelligence inputs, the joint operation was launched by the troops of Rashtriya Rifles Battalion, based at Nachlana and personnel from SOG Ramban and JKP on the night of 19 August 2014. During the operation, a well sited militant hideout was discovered, busting of which led to recovery of huge war like store consisting of 01 x AK-56, 03 x AK Magazine, 329 x AK Ammunition rounds, 137 x Pika Ammunition rounds, 05 x Grenade Chinese, 7.5 kg x RDX Explosives, 01 x ICON Radio Set, 02 x Radio Set Antenna, 01 x IED Circuit and 01 x Medical Kit.
This successful operation by joint team of Rashtriya Rifles and JKP has dealt another blow to the nefarious design of militants.
