| Police arrests motorcyclist in Pulwama | | 2 knives and 03 cell phones recovered from him |
Srinagar, August 31, (Scoop News)- Pulwama police in a swift action arrested the motorcyclist who fled away from a petrol pump brandishing a knife to the salesman after fueling his motorcycle, at Parigam.
A petrol pump owner reported to Pulwama police that during the intervening night of 28/29-08-2014 an unknown person came on motorcycle bearing registration number JK01H/6505 at his Petrol Pump at Parigaam, Pulwama. After fueling the bike with petrol for Rs. 1000 the motorcyclist brandished a knife to the salesman and fled away from the spot without payment.
Police registered a case in this regard and launched a search for the motorcyclist. Yesterday police struck a clue and arrested the motorcyclist Tariq Ahmad Dar son of Mushtaq Ahmad resident of Gundbagh Kakapora at Gurwan, Kakapora and seized the motorcycle. 2 knives and 03 cell phones were recovered from him. Further investigation are going on.
