| CEC Rigzin Spalbar visits remote villages of Leh district | | 
Leh, October 24, (Scoop News)- CEC Rigzin Spalbar who is also the Councilor of Lower Leh constituency today visited Skanos Gogsum, Mane Sermo, Skampari-Gongma, Skampari-A, Skampari Yokma, Norbooling, Katmochey, Malpak, Zangsti, Maney Tselding, Nimooling and Metsik Chulung.
Besides reviewing all the works already assigned to various departments during his previous tour to these areas in 2011, 2012 and 2013, CEC also gave a patient hearing to the demands and grievances of people and directed concerned departments to note their demands and find appropriate solutions accordingly and also assured that he will also follow their demands as per his tour-diary reports.
Responding to the major demands of people which include improvement of drainage, sewerage and drinking water problems, CEC once again made the people understand that with the completion of Leh Beautification Project and Urban Infrastructure Development Scheme for Small and Medium Town all these problems will be solved and therefore urged people for their utmost cooperation for time bound completion of this prestigious project.
EC Agriculture Sonam Dorjey, EC Tourism Mohd Shafi Lassu and a team of district officers and engineers also accompanied the CEC.
