1 died, 6 injured in road accidents
Domestic help found dead in Srinagar


Srinagar, November 25, (Scoop News)- One person died while 06 others were injured in different road traffic accidents across the valley.
A Wagon-R while coming from Ziyarat Baba Shukur Din towards Watlab rolled down while negotiating the curves, resulting in injuries to three persons. All the injured were shifted to Sub District Hospital, Sopore for treatment, where one of the injured Abid Hussain Lone son of Mohammad Maqbool Lone resident of Batingoo, Sopore died. The other two injured were shifted to Srinagar Hospital for further treatment. Sopore Police has registered a case in this regard.
Meanwhile, a Motorcycle bearing registration number JK01K/2226 driven by Dilpazir Teedwa collided with a Tata Sumo bearing registration number JK01/5351 at Frow Gund, in the jurisdiction of Police Station Gund, Ganderbal. In this accident two persons the motorcyclist and Muzaffar Ahmad Mir residents of Hayin Kangan were injured. Both the injured were shifted to PHC Gund where from they were shifted to SKIMS Soura, Srinagar for further treatment. Ganderbal police has registered a case in this regard.
In another accident, an Alto car bearing registration number JK13B/7950 driven by Saqib Ahmad Dar son of Ghulam Mohammad resident of Wuyan turned turtle at Lethpora near Khyber Milk factory, resulting in injuries to two ladies Ishrat Jan and Razia Farooq residents of Wuyan boarding the vehicle. Both the injured were shifted to SKIMS Soura, Srinagar and B&J Hospital, Srinagar for treatment. Police has registered a case in this regard.



Domestic help found dead in Srinagar
A domestic help was found hanged in the house of his employer in Srinagar.
A 26 year old a domestic help Arman Karkata son of Heera Karkata resident of Jalprigudi, West Bengal was found hanged in the house of his employer Hamid-ul-lah Dar at Hyderpora near K.C Motors.
Budgam Police has started investigation to ascertain the cause of the death. After completing all medico-legal formalities, the body of the deceased was handed over to his relatives for last rites.
