| Kashmiri folk singers woo voters under SVEEP | |  Kupwara , November 26, (Scoop News)-District Election Officer, Kupwara has utilized the services of local folk singers to woo the voters under the SVEEP Programme.
During the programme, a group of folk artists played a traditional, “Bhand Puthar” in the streets of Kupwara town to attract the attention of voters to come out on December 02, 2014 in Kupwara district and exercise their franchise.
The Bhand Puthar received huge response from locals including men, women and elders.
The Band of Artists marched through Kupwara town and reached District Development Commissioner’s Complex at Kupwara.
