Tarigami appeals electorate to vote in favour of AMM candidates

Srinagar, November 27, (Scoop News)- State Secretary CPI (M) and Convener Awami Muttahida Mahaz (AMM) Mohammad Yousuf Tarigami today urged the people to come out in large numbers to exercise their franchise in the Assembly elections in Jammu and Kashmir and said they should elect candidates who can help them to come out of the present difficult situation.



In statement issued here today Tarigami exhorted the people to defeat the evil designs of various divisive forces that are active in different garbs and are hell bent to divide people of the state."These forces should be routed by maintaining complete unity and mutual brotherhood," he asserted.




Stating that AMM will strive for formation of alternate political policies, maintaining of state’s unity, rooting out of corruption and exemplary good governance, the Mahaz convener appealed the electorate to vote in favour of AMM candidates Fayaz Ahmad Dar from Budgam, Zahoor Ahmad Rather from Wachi, Ab. Qayoom Mir from Pulwama, Abdul Rashid Pandith from Shopian, Om Prakash from Reasi and Khalid Tufail from Hazaratbal.
