| FC suspends Naib Tehsildar | | Jammu, January 23, (Scoop News)-Financial Commissioner Revenue has placed Syed Fayaz-ud-Din, Naib Tehsildar Pattan under suspension and attached him with the office of Regional Director, Survey and Land Records, Srinagar.
The Suspension has been ordered on the basis of a preliminary report from Commissioner Survey and Land records about alleged attestation of land situated in village Devar Yakmanpora Baramulla in favour of some person in violation of law.
The record of all such transfers in the concerned Patwar Halqa has been seized and the Regional Director, Survey and Land records, Srinagar has been asked to hold detailed enquiry in the matter.
