| Notaries asked to submit annual return | | Jammu, January 23, (Scoop News)-As per a notification issued here today by Law Department, every notary has to submit to the government an annual return in the form XVI of Notaries Act for the work done by him during the preceding year.
Accordingly, all the enrolled notaries, who have not submitted their returns till date, are called upon to do so within a period of two weeks from the date of publication of this notification, failing which action as warranted under law will be initiated.
