| CEC, LAHDC expresses Best wishes for completion of Buddhist Vihara | |
Leh,January 27, (Scoop News)- The Chief Executive Councilor/ Chairman LAHDC, Leh Rigzin Spalbar yesterday in a letter extended expresses his best wishes for the newly constructed building of Ladakh Buddhist Vihara Bodhgaya that was inaugurated by HH the XVII Gyalwang Karmapa Urgyen Trinley Dorjey on 26th of January 2015 at Bodhgaya.
Congratulating the whole Buddhist population of Himalaya in general and the LBA Leh in particular and the management committee of Ladakh Buddhist Vihara Bodhgaya for completion of the Vihara, CEC further mentions that this project highlights the vision of LBA Leh and the aspirations and wishes of the Himalayan Buddhists in general and the Buddhists of Ladakh in particular where the new Vihara would be a home away from home for the pilgrims.
Expressing regret over his absence from the inauguration ceremony Spalbar hoped for the continuation of blessings and guidance of HH Gyalwang Karmapa Urgyen Trinley Dorjey with such noble endeavour in future.
