| Bhim Singh’s youngest sister passes away in an accident | | Jammu, March 02, (Scoop News)- Prof.Bhim Singh’s youngest sister Mrs. Ganeshi Kumari passed away in the morning hours today in Udhampur Hospital. She was struck by motorcycle last evening.
Prof.Bhim Singh could not attend her last journey because he got the tragic news late in Delhi. Prof.Bhim Singh had five brothers (six all). He is the sole surviving out of six brothers. Out of five sisters, two had died in hospital for want of proper medical treatment. Mrs. Ganeshi Kumari was the only sister who did her schooling from Arya Vidhyalay Jammu. Prof.Bhim Singh during his visit to Udhampur met the family at their residence last week only.
In a condolence message to the family, Prof.Bhim Singh said, “This is one of the greatest tragedies in his life where he lost his youngest sister who was among the most dear ones.” In his message to the family members, her husband Shri Samsher Singh, and her sons and daughters, Prof.Bhim Singh expressed his condolences and sympathy with the family and prayed that God may give them strength and courage to bear this tragic loss.
