| Special Flood Control Room receives about 30,000 calls | |
Srinagar, March 31 (Scoop News)- The Special Control Room which was established in PCR Srinagar to help people in situations arising due to bad weather has received around 30,000 calls and WhatsApp messages. This special Control Room received 20,546 calls on Phone No’s 0194-2452138, 0194-2474040 and 0194-2450946. On WhatsApp No. 9858222333, 9454 WhatsApp messages and pictures were received.
A team of officers has been dedicated to man this helpline which provides information to the callers and also receives calls meant for getting help.
