| Joint teams to assess crop damages in Udhampur | | Udhampur, April 23 (Scoop News)- A joint meeting of officers and field functionaries of Revenue and Agriculture Department was held under the Chairmanship of Tehsildar Majalta, Aamir Choudhary at Tehsil Office, Majalta today.
The meeting was attended by Agriculture Extension Officer, Majalta, Dr. Vinay Jandyal, Naib Tehsildar Majalta, Naib Tehsildar Deot and Naib Tehsildar Mansar and all the field officials of both the departments.
In the meeting stress was laid upon all the field functionaries for strict compliance of standing orders and other circulars related to Girdawari .
A joint team of concerned JAEO’s and Patwaris was constituted who will visit spots strictly as per FardRaftaar/Tour Diary enabling the people to know in advance about the movement of officials for the said purpose.
Field officials of both the departments were also instructed to carry out Crop Cut Experiment strictly in compliance with instructions issued in this regard .
The joint teams of both the departments led by Tehsildar Majalta & AEO also visited fields at Majalta, Satrari, Poni and interacted with the inhabitants and listened to their grievances and difficulties faced.
