| Why not IIT for Kashmir? Asks KDF | |
Jammu, April 24 (Scoop News)-Kashmir Development Front Youth wing President Rameez Masood has said that Jammu has been given IIT which is going to be functional from this year and Kashmir has been ignored this time again in the developmental field.
While talking to KDF youth cadres at his residence he asked the government to come clean on this issue why IIT was sanctioned only for Jammu and nothing for Kashmir.
He strongly advocated the demand of an IIT like institution in Kashmir valley. He said our higher education system is in ruins which needs an immediate overhaul. He said that all the developmental activities are going on in Jammu, while as, Kashmir has been left on the mercy of bad roads and bad drainage system.
