| Career Counseling cum Disaster response Camp organized by Leh Police | | 
Srinagar, May 03 (Scoop News)-District Police Leh under “Operation Jullay” organised one day “Career Counseling cum Disaster Response” camp in collaboration with Govt. Boys Hr. Sec School Leh and SDRF Leh in Leh that was attended by large number of teachers and students.
Keeping in view the recent earthquake disasters in Nepal and flood disasters in various parts of the country, various disaster mitigation equipments/instruments were displayed and demo on various disaster responses were shown to the audience by SDRF personals. Audio video on disasters responses and role of Police were also screened.
SSP Leh Dr. Sunil Gupta made a power point presentation on Career Counseling/options to audience on various topics. He impressed the audience and students that dedication, determination, dream to do something, will power, hard working and realistic approaches are the key to success.
A PowerPoint presentation on Youth Club established by District Police in the premises of Police Station Leh was presented by Inspector T. Dorjey. The program was followed by cultural program by orchestra/band party of District Police Leh and students.
SSP Leh was the Chief Guest accompanied by Principal Boys Hr. Sec. School Leh Shri Rajpal, DySP DAR Leh and other officers and lecturers/teachers. Ms. Deldan Angmo, Principal Boys Hr. Sec School Leh conveyed her heartfelt thanks and gratitude to the police department especially SSP Leh for his interest and support in organizing such an event in the school.
