| Recognition of Chenab Valley & Pir Panchal by dividing Jammu shall lead to Dixon Plan:Bhim | | Jammu, July 06 (Scoop News)-Prof.Bhim Singh, Founder of National Panthers Party and Member of National Integration Council has warned the Central leadership about the hidden design of BJP-PDP government led by Mufti Mohd. Sayeed to dig out the Dixon Plan (1950) from graveyard of UN Archives at the behest of the CIA to help carve out ‘Islamic Republic of Greater Kashmir’ by dissecting the Muslim majority areas of Jammu Pradesh that fall on the north of the Chenab River. Flouting of the so-called Chenab Valley Development Fund by the Chief Minister of BJP-PDP government for the first time in the history of J&K and after the birth of Dixon Plan in 1950 to divide Jammu on the communal line. Dixon Plan sponsored by CIA could not take up in 1951 because the then Prime Minister, Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru struck this down and its instrument planted by the CIA, Sheikh Mohd. Abdullah was dismissed and locked in jail by his old friend and associate, Jawaharlal Nehru. He said his book on J&K, 'Blunder & Way Out' provides clear picture on the subject
The NPP founder has sounded a red signal for all the nationalist political thinkers and the politicians to try to read between the lines of this new declaration of J&K Chief Minister who presides over a government of his party and the RSS-cum-BJP government in J&K. He said that this preparation by Mufti Mohd. Sayeed is no surprise because Mufti Mohd. Sayeed has been playing as an instrument in the hands of Jamat-e-Islami and anti-national elements right from the beginning but this time he has wrapped up the RSS sponsored BJP government elements in J&K.
Prof.Bhim Singh has urged the national leadership to rise above party politics and asked Prime Minister Modi if he understands what has been cooking up in J&K or Modi himself is a part of this CIA old game plan?
The NPP founder reiterated the Panthers Party stand that reorganization of J&K is only solution by granting statehood to the Kashmir Valley as well as to Jammu Pradesh spread from Poonch, Kishtwar and Kathua to Banihal Tunnel. The CIA has worked out a long term strategy to dissect Muslim majority areas of Rajouri-Poonch by giving it a name of Valley of Pir Panchal whereas the areas of the districts of Reasi, Ramban, Doda and Kishtwar have already been notified by the Govt. of J&K headed by Mufti Mohd. Sayeed as Chenab Valley Development Fund. This may sound appeasing and pleasant to the people at the moment but it shall be a disaster for the security of the state and the entire country. What CIA could not do in 67 years by using Pakistan military and some disgruntled elements of the sub-continent, they found it easy to reach their target to destabilize India to its own tools.
Prof.Bhim Singh said that Article 370 should be amended, both Kashmir Valley and Jammu Pradesh should be granted statehood without any delay so that the people of the Valley may also live without fear of bullets and live as respectful citizens of India with full fundamental rights which every Indian has been enjoying in the country.
