| Abdul Majid Bhat takes over as Secy Leg Council | | Srinagar, August 27 (Scoop News)-Abdul Majid Bhat today assumed the charge of Secretary, J&K Legislative Council amidst a warm welcome by the employees of the Council Secretariat.
Soon after assuming the charge, Mr Bhat assured the employees that he would take up the redressal of their genuine demands with the Government on priority and work for the welfare of the employees of the Legislative Council.
Mr Bhat has earlier served as Special Secretary Law and MD, J&K Agro Industries Ltd where he played a key role in resolving the long pending demands of employees including the release of pending 6th Pay Commission arrears.
The employees of the Council Secretariat on the occasion assured Mr Bhat of their full support and cooperation in the functioning of the Council Secretariat.
