| Sagar, Raina lock horns over Article 35-A in Assembly | | 
Srinagar, October 6,(Scoop News)-BJP MLA from Nowshera Ravinder Raina on Tuesday strongly criticised the National Conference and Congress for creating rucks on non serious issues. National Conference, Congress and independent MLA' s including Er. Rashid were protesting in well of the assembly on the issue of Article 35 A.
Intervening into it BJP MLA Raina stood up said Article 35-A is unconstitutional and it has go, on this NC legislator Ali Mohd.Sagar said We will never allow you to scrap the Article-35A, Raina again stood up and said said Article 35-A is a part of Indian Constitution and Indian Parliament to decide its fate an J&K assembly has nothing to do with it, on this heated exchange of words and arguments seen between Raina and Sagar, later all NC legislators boycotted the Assembly.
