| Kashmira Singh hails self-attestation decision | |
Jammu, February 06 (Scoop News)-State Vice President National Conference Th Kashmira Singh on Saturday lauded the decision with regard to self-attestation of documents, saying a long pending demand of the people, especially educated unemployed, stands fulfilled.
“The PDP-BJP dispensation withheld this decision for ten months without any reason”, Mr Singh said in a statement, adding that performance inertia remained hallmark of the previous government.
The State Vice President appreciated the urgency shown by Governor Mr N N Vohra and hoped that the developmental tempo, which had come to grinding halt during the insensitive PDP-BJP dispensation will be set in motion. He regretted over the massive developmental efforts of Omar Abdullah led government having been stalled during the ten months as a result of which people were put to numerous difficulties. He said the problems of the people accumulated since last March and there is need to address these on priority basis.
Th Kashmira Singh sought priority attention towards maintenance of utility services, ensuring adequate stocks at CAPD sale outlets besides regulated drinking water and power supply.
