| Power shutdown in Jammu | |
Jammu, February 06 (Scoop News)- In order to carry out the testing and commissioning of existing transformer bay of CT and VCB of 33/11 KV Sub-Station, Satwari, the power supply to Civil Airport, Airforce Stn (Satwari), Military Hospital, Nai Basti, Satwari and its adjoining areas shall remain affected on February 08 from 9 am to 3 pm.
Similarly, to attend the various defect in 33/11 KV Sub-Station Channi Himmat, the power supply to Channi Himmat, Sainik Colony, MES Sunjwan, Sunjwan, Chowadi, Malik Market and its adjoining areas shall remain affected on February 10, from 9 am to 1 pm.
Meanwhile, to carry out interconnection of Bus Coupler of 33/11 KV Sub Station Railway Complex, the power supply to Gandhi Nagar, Gole Market, Bikram Chowk, MES, university and its adjoining areas shall remain affected on February 12 from 9 am to 1 pm.
Similarly, to carry out erection of tower and beam of 33/11 of 33/11 KV Sub Station Babliana, the power supply to Babliana, Jeevan Nagar and its adjoining areas shall remain affected on February 15 from 9 am to 3 pm.
Meanwhile, In order to carry out the improvement/development works under R-APDRP by M/S. IRCON of 11KV Feeders K-02, K-03 and K-04 emanating from 10 MVA EPIP R/Stn Kartholi, Bari Brahmana, the power supply to Industries of EPIP Kartholi Bari Brahmana shall remain affected on February 07 from 8 am to 5 pm.
Similarly, the power supply to Channi Himmat, Bhalla Colony, Sai Vihar, Mattoo Colony, Jamwal Mohalla and its adjoining areas fed from 11 KV Feeder CH-3, CH-6 and CH-7 emanating from 33/11 KVA R/Stn Channi Himmat shall remain affected on February 07 from 10 am to 2 pm.
The power supply to Gandhi Nagar Ext, Shastri Nagar, Rampura, Nanak Nagar and its adjoining areas fed from 11 KV Feeder N-2 emanating from 33/11 KVA R/Stn Nanak Nagar shall remain affected on February 07 from 9 am to 3 pm.
Meanwhile, In order to carry out rectification of hotspots, tightening of jumpers/droppers, routine preventive maintenance of Grid Station Barn as well as Transmission line/Grid Station Katra, the power supply to Grid Station Canal, Pouni Chak, Katra, Rajouri, Draba, Chandak, Jourian and Grid Station Barn Shall remain off on February 07 from 9 am to 2 pm. The areas affected during the shutdown are District Reasi, Rajouri, Poonch and Part of Jammu District.
