| Power shutdown in Jammu | |
Jammu, February 12 (Scoop News) In order to carry out connecting of Jumpers, droppers, Clamps etc. in 33 KV new transformer bay at 132/33 KV Grid Station Gangyal, the shutdown of 50 MVA, 132/33 KV Grid Station Gangyal on February 14 2016 from 9am to 2pm is allowed.
During the shutdown period the power supply to Gangyal Industrial Complex, Trikuta Nagar, Preet Nagar, Seora, Babilana, Miran Sahib and Adjoining areas shall remain affected.
Similarly in order to carry out the development works by M/s IRCON under R-APDRP Works, 11 KV Feeder KV CH-3, CH-6 & CH-7 emanating from 33/11 KVA R/ Stn Channi Himmat shall remain under shut down on February 13 2016 (Saturday) from 10am to 2pm. Areas affected during the shutdown will be Channi Himmat, Bhalla Colony, Sai Vihar , Matto Colony, Jamwal Mohalla and its adjoining areas.
Meanwhile, in order to carry out the development works by M/S. IRCON under R-APDRP works, 11KV Feeder CH-3 emanating from 33/11 KVA R/Stn Channi Himmat shall remain under shutdown on February 15, 2016 from 10 am to 2 pm. During the shutdown period, the power supply to Channi Himmat and its adjoining areas shall remain affected.
In order to carry out twining of Bus-bar, droppers, jumpers and other allied works in 33 KV yard, the power supply to the areas fed from Grid Station Akhnoor shall remain under shutdown on February 16 to 18, 2016 from 9 am to 3 pm.
Areas affected during the shutdown period are Akhnoor, Jourian, MES-Akhnoor, Tanda, Rajan, Bhalwal and other adjoining areas.
The shutdown of 33 KV Jourian line emanating from 132/33 KV Grid Station Akhnoor is allowed on February 13, 2016 from 12 noon to 5 pm. is allowed to carry out testing and commissioning of new 11 KV Switchgear panels comprising 01 No. I/C,)1 No. B/C and 4 Nos O/G at Sub-Station Burmal by M/S. IRCON International,
The areas affected during the shutdown period area are Burmal, Devipur, Rakh Muthi, Sohal Bhalwal, Jourian, Sohal, Rakh Malal and Essential 11 KV feeder of BSF, MES and PHE.
In order to carry out the development/improvement works of 11 KV Feeders K-02, K-03 and K-04 emanating from 10 KVA EPIP R/Stn. Kartholi, Bari Brahmana by M/S. IRCON under R-APDRP, the power supply to Industries of EPIP Kartholi Bari Brahmana shall remain affected on February 14, 2016 from 8 am to 5 pm.
Similarly, in order to carry out the development works of 11 KV Feeders G-2, G-5 and G-6 emanating from 33/11 KVA R/Stn Gangyal by M/S. IRCON under R-APDRP, the power supply to Industrial Area Gangyal, Preet Nagar, Model Town, Roop Nagar, Ext. Trikuta Nagar, K. C. Colony and its adjoining areas shall remain affected on February 14, 21, 28, March 6 and 13, 2016 from 9 am to 5 pm.
The shutdown is subjected to fair weather conditions.
