| 74 cases settled during National Lok adalat in Jammu | | Jammu, February 13 (Scoop News)-National Lok Adalat was organized in District Court Complex Jammu under the chairmanship of Sanjay Gupta, Chairman District Legal Service Authority (Pr. District and Sessions Judge), Jammu today.
Two Benches were constituted for conducting National Lok Adalat ,bench No. 1 headed by Mr Ashok Kumar , Additional District Judge Bank Cases, Jammu and Abnoop Kumar, Special Railway Magistrate Jammu.
Total 83 cases were taken up, out of which 54 cases were settled and an amount of Rs. 2,45,16,291/- was awarded/recovered.
Bench No. 2 was headed by Mr Y. P. Sharma, Special Excise Magistrate Jammu and Mr Vinod Kumar Special Electricity Magistrate Jammu which took up 67 cases , out of which 20 cases were settled.
