RRB at Talwara holds a 'Painting and Poster Making' competition for students of Kunalagala
105 students of five local schools participate




Kunalagala, April 12, (Scoop News)-The Rashtriya Rifles Battalion at Talwara under the aegis of Counter Insurgency Uniform Force Headquarters, Reasi conducted a `Painting and Poster Making' competition for the students at Kunalagala with an aim to promote personality development activities among the children of remote areas.



105 students from five schools in the border areas participated in the Competition conducted to give the students an opportunity to explore their talent and provide them an impetus to develop their skills. A motivational lecture on `Children : India's Future' was also organised on the occasion. Prizes were awarded to the students, those who excelled in the competition.





The theme of the competition `My Beautiful Village' was inspired by the development of rural areas in the region with concerted efforts of the civil administration and the Army.



The creativity displayed by the children was commendable and praiseworthy.



Speaking on the occasion, the students said that, such competitions help in breaking the monotony of regular studies and give an impetus to students in identifying hidden talent....
