| Acquisition of land for transmission towers | | DC Udhampur chairs Private Negotiation Committee meeting | Udhampur, September 30, (Scoop News)-A meeting of Private Negotiation Committee was held today under the chairmanship of DC Udhampur, Niraj Kumar.
The meeting discussed in detail the acquisition of land required by the Power Grid Corporation India Ltd for the construction of towers at 20 locations in the different villages of district Udhampur for 400 KV D/C Dulhasti-Kishanpur Transmission line.
During the meeting, the rates for all the 20 locations in the villages Ossu, Pakhlai, Hansoo, Suglar, Ser, Ritti, Darsoo and Kashir of District Udhampur were successfully negotiated between the land owners and the Power Grid Corporation India Ltd.
ADC Angrez Singh Rana, ACR Subash Dogra,SDM Chenani, Dudu, Ramnagar ad Basantgarh, SE PWD Udhampur and Assistant General Manager Power Grid Corporation Ltd. were present in the meeting.
