| Hot Mix Plant owners call on Veeri | | Minister asks them to maintain standards | Jammu, December 08, (Scoop News)-Minister for Public Works and Parliamentary Affairs Abdul Rehman Veeri today asked the hot mix plant owners to maintain quality and standards.
Mr Veeri was speaking at a meeting with representatives of hot mix plant owners here. The meeting was attended by Chief Engineer R&B Jammu Alok Mengi as well.
The Minister asked the hot mix plant owners to focus on improving quality and create a name and reputation of their business houses for producing better quality product. “Reputation of a company speaks volumes it. Your quality work will definitely get noticed by one and all,” he told meeting.
Hot mix plant owners assured the Minister that highest standards will be maintained in production.
The Minister impressed upon the officers and hot mix plant owners that development is the cornerstone of the government’s resolve and all efforts will be made to ensure that the people reap the benefits of the welfare and development programmes.
The Minister asked the officers to encourage establishment of more hot mix plants in remote areas where such facility is not available yet.
Mr Veeri assured the hot mix plant owners that Government is committed to consider their genuine demands.
