Jammu, January 17, (Scoop News)- Johny William, who was recently promoted as IGP, has took over the assignment of Inspector General of Police, Technical Services Headquarters at Police Headquarters (PHQ), here today.
Mr. Johny, joined Jammu and Kashmir Police Service in 1984 as Deputy Superintendent of Police and served the department as Dy. SP DAR Poonch, Home-guards, Vigilance, PTC Udhamnpur, Headquarter Udhampur, DAR Doda, Samba, Kothi Bagh, Nehru Park, Traffic Jammu, PCR Srinagar, SP AHJ Jammu, North Jammu, Security Rajbawan, SSP Kathua, Security Jammu, Crime Jammu, DIG Armed Jammu, Crime J&K and Rajouri-Poonch Range.
