Pathania seeks action plan for improving health scenario in Ramnagar | | Jammu, January 18, (Scoop News)- Ranbir Singh Pathania, MLA Ramngar Assembly Constituency put the govt. in a tight corner regarding present condition of health sector in Ramnagar Constituency and sought from govt. the action plan to improve the health scenario in his constituency and filling up Vacant posts. In a written reply by the concerned Minister Incharge in Lower House, Govt. informed that 11 posts of medicos and para-medical staff are vacant under NHM in Ramnagar Constituency, which will be shortly filled up after following due process of selection. Similarly permanent posts presently vacant have been referred to recruitment agencies for early filling up of these posts. In reply to another part of question, regarding making functional New Type PHCs at Pinger, Marta and Panchound and sanctioned way back in 2014, Govt. failed to reply satisfactorily and quote any timeframe for the same however it was informed that NTPHC Panchound is presently functional but with internal arrangement of staff, one post of Doctor and nursing orderly have been created for other NTPHC and stand referred to recruitment agency. Mr. Pathania further sought govt's stand on improving infrastructure at CHC Ramnagar other PHC's and health institutions functional in his constituency. The reply from the govt. stated that many of the health institutions are working from own accommodations and rest of the infrastructural deficiencies will be sorted out in a phased manner. ... |
