Jammu, February 23, (Scoop News)- Chief Secretary, B R Sharma has conveyed his condolences over the sad demise of former senior KAS Officer, Dr Suraiya Bhat.
On his behalf and on behalf of the State Administration, Chief Secretary conveyed his sympathies to the bereaved family and prayed for peace to the departed soul.
Dr Suraiya Bhat served in the State Administration in various capacities including Executive Director, State Rehabilitation Council and Member J&K Services Selection Board.
