APHC prays for security of Pakistan and its people, condemns terrorist attack in Lahore,
urges Kashmir govt to locate a missing student of KU
Srinagar, February , (Scoop News)_Expressing concern over the disappearance of a Kashmir University (KU) student, Aquib Mir, for the past several days, an All Parties Hurriyat Conference (APHC) spokesman Thursday termed the protest demonstration of KU students demanding his whereabouts as justifiable, reasonable and legitimate.



The spokesman said Kashmiri students have often been at the receiving end of alleged harassment while the just demands of these students are met with use of force by government forces.

He said it is the duty of the government to trace the whereabouts of disappeared student.

Condemning and terming the terrorist attack in Lahore, Pakistan as the worst form of terrorism, the spokesman expressed grief over the death of innocent lives in the attack.

He said the terrorists involved in these terror attacks were bent upon giving a bad name to the religion of Islam and Pakistan which is highly condemnable.

The APHC spokesman said terrorism in whatever form and wherever is condemnable and there is no role of this madness that is responsible for the killing of innocent human beings in any religion, particularly in Islam.

Expressing sympathy and solidarity with Government and people of Pakistan besides the bereaved families of the victims of the terrorist violence, the spokesman prayed for the eternal peace of those who lost their lives in the attack and for security of Pakistan and its people....
