| School children trained in disaster preparedness | |
Srinagar, March 19, (Scoop News)- On the instructions of Additional Director General of Police, CD HG and SDRF, L. Mohanti and DIG Bashir Ahmed Yatoo, five days disaster preparedness training programme for school children was organised by Civil Defence Srinagar in various schools. The schools included Model High School Jawahar Nagar, Gulistan-e-Atfal School Zakura, High School Rainawari. The training was conducted by trainers Reyaz Ahmed, Ghulam Nabi Bhat, Syed Abid Hussain and Mohammed Riyaz under supervision of Deputy Controller CD Srinagar Aijaz Hussain, Deputy Chief Warden CD Aamir Ali and Incharge Shabir Ahmed Khan ASI (M).
