JK boy secures seat at RIMC Dehradun

Jammu, March 24, (Scoop News)- A local boy from Jammu brought laurels to the state by securing admission in the Rashtriya Indian Military College (RIMC), Dehradun in the January term 2017.

Cadet Sushant Sudan, son of Subedar Major Jyoti Parkash, resident of Kandoli, Nagrota stood 9th in the All India merit list of entrance examination for admission to RIMC Dehradun.
Sushant secured a seat amid tough competition in the entrance exam wherein only 25 students are selected for each class. Jammu & Kashmir has only one (01) seat in each class.
Sushant’s achievement would serve as a source of motivation for young boys of the state and inspire young minds to avail such a premier education facility and to join the Armed Forces.
The RIMC Dehradun is a premier public school of India established in 1922 for a limited number of select children to ultimately join the Armed forces.
