| Anantnag police provides helping hand by clearing blocked road | | for fire tenders in shortest possible time |
Srinagar,April 21, (Scoop News)-Police Station Kokernag received an information that fire broke out in village Pohru Adigam in two residential houses and a cow shed.
On this information, SDPO Kokernag Shri Zahid Aziz Samoon along with SHO Kokernag Shri Tariq Yousuf rushed to the spot along with Fire Service Kokernag. While on way it was found that the road connecting the village was blocked due to land slide. The police team cleared the road and provided the safe passage to the fire tenders.
On reaching the spot, the fire tenders brought fire under control and stopped it from further spreading to other nearby houses.
However, no loss of life or injury was reported in this incident.
