BJP condoles the sad demise of Union Minister

Jammu, May 19, (Scoop News)- Led by BJP State President & MLA Sat Sharma, State BJP condoled the sad demise and paid rich tributes to the Union Minister of State for Environment, Forests and Climate Change (Independent Charge) Anil Madhav Dave, who died yesterday after suffering a sudden cardiac arrest.
Throwing light on his life, Sat Sharma said that Dave was born in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh and began his political career taking part in the JP Andolan and was elected as College President. Dave was a cadet of NCC and a dedicated RSS activist. He was particularly concerned about the environmental issues and also worked for conservation and cleanliness of the Narmada River. A two times MP, in view of his interest and selfless service to the society, he was given Ministry of Environment by the Narendra Modi Government. His works for Narmada River brought benefits to the State and Nation. He further said that in only 60years, God has taken a great Social worker away who dedicated his life for nation and this is a great loss to the state and nation.
Terming the demise of Dave as an irrepariable loss, BJP State General Secretary (Org.) Ashok Koul said that Dave remained unmarried whole life to dedicate himself for the cause of the society and Nation. He acted as the foundation of BJP in MP. His love for the environment was so strong that in a will, Dave had expressed a wish that his cremation be performed on the banks of river Narmada and stated that in order to cherish his memories, each one of us should plant trees and save them. Koul said that, Dave was a great ideologue and a saint and we all must follow his footsteps. We all pray to God to give Moksha to his Atma, he added.
Later 2 minutes of silence in the memory of the departed soul was observed after which all present on the occasion paid floral tributes on his portrait.
BJP State General Secretary Harinder Gupta conduct the proceedings on the occasion.
Party leaders Parmod Kapahi, Dr. Narinder Singh, Rashpal Verma, Vikram Randhawa, Sanjay Baru, Er. Ghulam Ali Khatana, Chander Mohan Gupta, Balbir Ram Rattan, Arvind Gupta, S. Viranderjeet Singh, Prof. Virender Gupta, Jaidev Rajwal, Dr. Pardeep Mahotra, Dr. Tahir Choudhary, Suraj Singh, Pardhuman Singh, Sanjay Khanna, Ayodhya Gupta, Baldev Singh Billawaria and Naresh Sharma also paid their tributes.
