| Youth commits, lady attempts suicide | |
Srinagar, May 19, (Scoop News)- A youth commits suicide in Anantnag while a lady commits suicide by consuming some poisonous substance at her home in Sopore.
A 17 year old youth (name withheld) resident of Anantnag hanged himself at his home. He was shifted to Hospital where doctors declared him brought dead. After completion of legal formalities, the body of the deceased was handed over to his legal heirs for last rites.
Meanwhile, in Sopore, a lady (name withheld) consumed some poisonous substance at her home. She was shifted to Sub District Hospital Sopore for treatment where from she was shifted to SMHS Hospital for further treatment.
Police has registered cases regarding both the incidents.
