Rana flags off 7-day Shree Hudh Mata Trisandhaya, prays for peace
Jammu, June 26, (Scoop News)- Flagging of the annual Shree Hudh Mata Trisandhaya from the historic Shree Ranbireshwar Mandir from the temple city of Jammu on Monday evening, National Conference Provincial President Mr Devender Singh Rana prayed the pilgrimage to usher Jammu and Kashmir in new era of peace and fostering the bonds of brotherhood and amity.

In the serene and spiritual ambience of the famous temple, Mr Rana wished the devotees a blissful pilgrimage and joyous journey. He hoped the yatra to be highly satisfying and spiritually fulfilling for thousands of devotees who embarked on and would join the annual pilgrimage enroute.

Amid chanting of Vedic Shalooks by hundreds of devotees and those present on the occasion, Mr Devender Singh Rana prayed for peace, tranquility and normalcy in the state and the country.

After being flagged off, the yatr passed through Indra Chowk, Raghunath Bazar, City Chowk, Purani Mandi, Raj Tilak Marg and culminated at Geeta Bhavan Parade Ground here for night haltage. Hundreds of devotees participated in the procession and the Shobha Yatra was received and welcomed enroute by the office bearers of various Bazar Associations.

The seven-day Shree Hudh Mata Trisandhaya commenced this afternoon from Shri Panch Narayan Mandir Dharalan Nagri Kathua and passed through Samba, Vijaypur, Bari-Brahamana and reached Shree Ranbireshwar Mandir, where a puja was held.

The Yatra Management Committee in close coordination with the Management Committee of Shree Ranbireshwar Mandir, comprising Mahantji Shri Omkar Sharma and Mr Anubhav Suri.

The pilgrimage will proceed towards its destination Shree Hudh Mata Darbar in the morning of 27th June and will have night haltages at Gouri Shanker Mandir Sarkoot, Kishtwar, Radha Krishan Mandir, Sounder Dachhan, Virat Mata Mandir Dilgooth Dachhan, Gowkooth, Anant Nallah, Dachhan and Kaikooth (Ram Mandir) Dachhan, Hud Mata Bhavan.

The culmination of Yatra on 3rd next month will be marked by pious baths in famous Trisandhaya Mata Nadi and Brahamsar and darshan of Doodh Ganga and famous Brahama Peak, according to Murli Parihar, President Sub-Committee Jammu.

The Trisandhaya Mata Nadi in Kishtwar district has the distinction of flowing thrice a day in the morning, noon and evening. This is a unique darshan to the yatris, which according to the organizers, has not been heard to exist anywhere on the earth....
