CI officials prepare a plan to neutralize top rebel leaders
initiates decisive action against them

Srinagar, October 20, (Scoop News)-In order to demoralize the terrorist cadres, Counter Insurgency (CI) officials here have prepared a list of top anti India armed rebels to be neutralized before the onset of winter this year, well informed sources said.

“We have prepared a list of all top rebel leaders and their movement is under constant gaze of the security forces. It is a matter of time now,” they said adding that “security forces have already initiated operations to hunt down these anti national elements.”
