UJC subjects Musa to a volley of allegations, accuses him to be responsible for reintroducing ‘Ikhwan’ in Valley




Srinagar. October 21, (Scoop News)-Accused him of being a proxy of Indian secret agencies by United Jihad Council (UJC), Zakir Musa, of late, has been subjected to a volley of allegations by pro Pakistan insurgent groups operating from across the border.


Musa, a diehard Islamist, acknowledged to fight for an Islamist cause in the Muslim majority Kashmir and disowned fighting for a secular valley. In a series of audio cassettes and widely circulated on both electronic and social media, Musa claimed immense support for setting up of a true Islamic state (Caliphate).


He also threatened the Kashmir based separatist leadership of serious ramifications if they didn’t change their political tack.


Musa even charged Pakistani rulers and their army of stabbing the people of valley in their back. After seceding from his principal organization Hizbul Mujhadeen (HM), he floated his own outfit Ansar Ghazwat ul Hind (AGuH) and identified its ideological allegiance with Al Qaida and ISIS.


UJC, a conglomerate of various armed groups based across the Line of Control (LoC), said in a statement circulated to media two days back, warned that Indian secret agencies have launched ‘a new Ikhwan’ (an obvious reference to Counter Insurgency group which operated in 90’s) .


The statement said, a new Ikhwan (CI outfit) has been formed a few months back by secret agencies and Musa is being used by them as their front. Paid pro Indian agents were being inducted these days into this group, the statement added.


Claiming itself to be the representative of Al Qaida and ISIS for establishing an Islamic state in the valley, Musa succeeded in garnering support for his new outfit from various outfits operating in Kashmir....
