Separatists maintain eerie silence over Pak PM Abbasi’s statement on independent Kashmir
ridicule Farooq over same remarks

Srinagar, November 13, (Scoop News)-Lashing out at president of Jammu and Kashmir National Conference (NC), Farooq Abdullah, for his assertion that freedom (Azadi) was not an option, separatist leader Syed Ali Shah Geelani said NC chief was articulating itself against the wishes and aspirations of the people.

“To oblige their masters, these power craving people with myopic political vision have always played double dealings and also portrayed themselves against the wishes of the people.” accused Geelani who is a strong proponent of Kashmir’s merger with Pakistan.

Geelani said that NC president’s statement was a paradox and charged him of playing a politics of betrayal and chicanery.
