Bharat Raksha Manch protests against Farooq's statement, demands Sedition Case against him



Jammu, November 14, (Scoop News)- Bhartiya Raksha Manch (BRM) under the leadership of its working president ( J & K unit) advocate Hunar Gupta held a strong protest outside press club against Dr. Farooq Abdullah for his pro-pakistan statement on occupied territory of Jammu and Kashmir which has been time and again declared as a part of India by the 1994 resolution of parliament of India.

The BRM activists demanded slapping of sedition case against Dr. Avdullah for his secessionist statements.

Advocate Hunar Gupta, Working president of the agitating organization said Farooq Abdullah whose 3 generations have enjoyed Chief ministership of J & K state is playing to the galleries for few votes.

They said that making such controversial statements on POJK is not only criminal but also amounts to breach of privilege of the parliament and even today Farooq is elected member of Lok Sabha.
Advocate Gupta Said If Farooq Abdullah does not agree with the unanimously adopted resolution of Indian parliament then first of all he should quit his seat from Lok Sabha and join separatist's camp.

The Activists of the Bharat Raksha Manch also asked the state government to take appropriate measures to deport all illegal foreign nationals including Rohingya muslims who are living in the state without valid documents and causing serious security risk.

Expressing serious concern over the growing menance of beggars in Jammu, the protestors demanded strict enforcement of J & K Prohibition of Beggery Act 1960 which calls for detention and imprisionment of beggars. It is pertinent to mention here that during almost a decade the numbe of non local beggars including foreign national indulge in this practise have increased manifold which not only poses social risk but also causes increase in criminal activites.
