| Farooq visits Martyr Sohanlal’s residence; extends condolences | | Nagrota, November 17, (Scoop News) - National Conference President Dr Farooq Abdullah on Friday visited the residence of Martyr Sohanlal Bhagat at Sarah Pargalta in Panchayat Bajalta of Nagrota Assembly Constituency and extended condolences to his father and other members of the bereaved family.
Martyr Sohanlal Bhagat of Assam Rifles was martyred in an IED blast in Chandel district of Manipur on November 13.
Besides Provincial President and MLA Nagrota Mr Devender Singh Rana, the National Conference President was accompanied by Sr State President Mr Surjeet Singh Slathia, Additional General Secretary Dr Sheikh Mustaffa Kamal and Mr Trilochan Singh Wazir.
Dr Farooq Abdullah and other senior leaders prayed for peace to the departed soul and strength to the bereaved family to bear this irreparable loss.
