CRPF enhanced its preparedness to combat challenges


Jammu, November 21, (Scoop News)-SK Mishra DIG (Ops) CRPF Jammu North reiterated and emphasized upon the preparedness of CRPF to combat the challenge of militancy and Law & Order in Jammu & Kashmir. He was speaking during the closing ceremony of 8th batch Pre-Induction training here at Zonal Training Centre, Nagrota, Jammu. Pre-Induction training is imparted to all CRPF personnel who are newly inducted in J&K to render their services in the State.

SK Mishra graced the occasion as Chief Guest and stressed upon the need to execute, the tactics and skills learnt during the four weeks rigorous training, on the ground. He appreciated the manner in which meticulous attention is paid to various relevant aspects of training. He, being a well known and celebrated officer with immense operational experience, lauded the quality of training imparted here and shared valuable inputs for their execution in the ground. He urged the trainees to hone their special interests and hobbies for a balanced personality and emphasized that training is a life-long learning process and subject to the constant changes keeping in view changing security scenario.

During the event, the performance of various personnel in the course was also recognised. HC/GD Balveer Singh 76 Bn CRPF was awarded trophy for All Round Best Trainee, Ct/GD Pawan Kumar 137 Bn CRPF was awarded trophy for Best Outdoor Trainee, HC/GD Balveer Singh 76 Bn CRPF and HC/GD Bimlesh Kumar Mishra 76 Bn CRPF were jointly adjudged Best in Shooting and Ct/GD Dheeraj Kumar Sharma of 166 Bn CRPF was awarded trophy for Best in Indoor.

Shri SK Mishra DIG also interacted with the Trainees, Officers and personnel of CRPF after the function. During the event, Shri DK Jha Second-in-Command, Shri Arun Kumar Deputy Commandant, Shri Ratan Lal Deputy Commandant, Shri Ajit Pal Singh Assistant Commandant, Shri Apoorba Biswas Assistant Commandant, Shri Bisapunni Assistant Commandant and other officials of Zonal Training Centre were also present.
