Sat allocates funds for community hall, inaugurates Aadhar Centre

Jammu, December 07, (Scoop News)-In a move to felicitate the provision of easing out approach of essential services to the targeted population as well as provision of adequate space for the common masses to solemnize small familial and social ceremony, BJP State President & MLA from Jammu West Constituency Sat Sharma inaugurated “Aadhar Enrolment Centre” while simultaneously allocating funds for the upgradation of hall at Mahajan Sabha, Talab Tillo. He was also accompanied by various departmental officials, BJP State Secretary Sanjay Baru, District President Ayodhya Gupta, other BJP leaders and Mahajan Sabha officials in the august gathering of large number of prominent persons from the locality.
While inaugurating the “Aadhar Enrolment Centre”, Sat Sharma said that today the Aadhar number has become an essential tool for availing many of the day to day services required by the common man. While serving the essential commodity, it also serves the purpose of Unique Identity of an individual as well as the Address Proof of an individual. He also appealed to the common masses to take the advantage of 2 days camp in the Mahajan Sabha and inform the persons in their vicinity to enrol whomever is left. Linkage of Aadhar number to various services has enabled to restrict the extent of corruption and malpractices existent in the system, that’s why the idea was put forth by the enthusiastic Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi, he added.
During the upgradation of hall for the use of all communities residing in the area, he kick started the construction work of first floor on the existent ground floor and said that this hall serves the purpose of carrying out the small familial as well as social gatherings for all the residents. He said that although the people were using it for their ceremonial gatherings but it was often proving to be less sufficient especially when it serves as only source available for the economically weaker sections. He said that earlier he had alloted 6.5 Lakh for construction of pillars and prior Ex. MLA Chaman Lal Gupta provided 30 lakhs earlier and much fund has been collected by Sabha members whereas now the amount of 17 Lakh Rupees is released for first floor.
BJP State Press Secretary Dr. Pardeep Mahotra, Tarsem Gupta, Parneesh Mahajan, Prem Gupta, Parveen Ghai, Puneet Gupta, Veena Gupta, Keshav Chopra, Radhey Shyam Sharma, Deepak Kumar, Jagdish Raj Gupta, Madan Lal, Kuldeep Gupta (Pappu), Rajinder Gupta, K. L. Gupta, Manohar Lal Gupta, Rattan Hindu and others were among the prominent persons who accompanied the MLA.
