| Army motivates youth in Rajouri district to join army | | Jammu, February 23, (Scoop News)- Army conducted a motivational lecture on “Join Indian Army” for the eligible youth of village Keri in Rajouri district on 23 February 2018 with an aim to motivate the aspiring young boys and girls to join the noble profession.
The lecture was attended by a large number of students from village Keri and adjoining areas. Participants were informed about the different entry schemes for soldier and officer ranks. The requirements to include physical and educational qualifications were discussed in great detail. Leaflets containing information about requirements, qualification selection procedure and pay and allowances along with the schedule of recruitment rallies as well as various competitive exams being conducted in the near future were also distributed.
Unemployment being the biggest challenge, this initiative received a warm response from the participants.
