| SDM conducts surprise inspection of Tehsildar office Khaltsi | |
Leh,March 20, (Scoop News)-The Sub Divisional Magistrate Khaltsi, Sachin Kumar Vishaya conducted a surprise visit to the Tehsildar Office Khaltsi today and thoroughly checked the process of preparing and issuing of ST and PRC and expressed dissatisfaction over the delay in processing of files. He ordered Naib Tehsildar to accelerate the filing procedure by avoiding un-necessary documentations. The SDM told that if these certificates are not issued within the timeframe under Public Service Delivery Act, fine shall be imposed upon Tehsildar and Naib Tehsildar Khaltsi for delay caused.
As per the direction of Deputy Commissioner, Leh, documents like PRC, format for Schedule Tribe certificate and revenue documents Jamabandi 1958 shall be needed for completion of ST certificate.
