Army holds basic computer course from May 21 to June 9 for students of Gujjar community and local youth of Mathiyanigala
20 students attend training




Mathiyanigala, May 21, (Scoop News)-In order to provide an impetus to employment generation in the region, Army is conducting a basic computer course for the students of Gujjar and local youth at Mathiyanigala, Rajouri District. The training is being conducted from May 21 to June 9, 2018.

A total of 20 students of Mathiyanigala and adjoining areas attended the training which would enhance their functional knowledge of computer as well as provide them an initiative to further open employment avenues in the field of information technology.

The training capsule aims at increasing awareness of Information Technology among students with an effort to bring them at par with their counterparts in other parts of the country. The training curriculum included basics of computer operating, Office Software and safe surfing practices on the Internet.

The aim of such courses by the Army is not only to train the students and assist in employment but also to enhance the socio and economic development of the region.

The local populace appreciated the Army for their earnest efforts in extensively promoting education for students and bringing development in the region....
